Long before "fresh" became a marketing buzzword, we were already doing it the old-fashioned way. Our rotating menu of homemade salads, entrees, vegetables, breads, and desserts changes often because we cook with what's fresh, not what's easiest to stock. We use only the freshest ingredients, we never use MSG, and pork stock rarely finds its way into our vegetable dishes.
